FoodSaver V3440 Vacuum-Sealing System with SmartSeal Technology Review
I gave this as a gift because the person asked for a Foodsaver. I read the reviews and was pretty nervous but decided to buy the item anyway. A few people gave it good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I’m definitely glad I did. I know a lot of people have experienced problems with their units but that has not been the case for us (I see it used all the time and have used it myself even though it’s technically not my Foodsaver). The item works exactly as described. We like making or buying larger quantities, breaking them into single servings, and then using the Foodsaver to seal them up.

FoodSaver FSFRSH0055 FreshSaver Handheld Vacuum-Sealing System Review
This device is intended to help preserve items in packages you need to re-open often. There are two of us living in our house, and we often have left over produce from a meal. We enjoy fresh, unprocessed foods and I like to cook. I use it for left over hunks of cheese, partially used onions, half a poblano pepper, even hard boiled eggs and winter squash. It does extend the period of time they stay fresh. There is a learning curve to working with the bags. I have found that sometimes I get a better seal by placing my fingers under the sealing portion instead of placing it flat on a counter. I have no idea why this works better, but it does. Some bags seem to stay useable longer than others. But overall the bags save me money on produce. I throw away less spoiled food.

FoodSaver FSMSSY0210 MealSaver Compact Vacuum-Sealing System Review
Works well in our home where we need something simple and easy. Great retractable cord, feet that stay put on our granite counters and there is no work for me to remove all the air from bags. I have arthritis so the vacuum-sealer has to do all the work. I had a Reynolds Hand Vacuum Sealer but this product works better.
